45 min session focused on an in-depth initial assessment and treatment. This is a good appointment to bring any referrals from Doctors and previous scan results. Please arrive 10 minutes early to this appointment to fill in the New patient documentation.
Follow Up Standard Appointment: $125
30 min session focused on treatment following your initial assessment. This may include hands-on therapy, massage, exercise prescription and education.
Womens Health Initial Appointment: $250
1 hour in depth initial assessment suitable for any bladder or bowel incontinence, painful periods, painful sex, pregnancy or post-pregnancy related aches & pains or issues with prolapse.
Womens Health Follow Up Appointment: $125
30 min follow up appointment after your initial assessment. Here we will focus on treatment which may include; hands-on techniques, prescription of exercise and focus on the pelvic floor.
Telehealth Appointment: $115
30 min initial and follow up appointments available online via video chat. This will entail an in-depth history taking, planning and development of a tailored rehab program to help you achieve your goals.
